SUNSHINE CNC Technical Works LLC, providing a fast response, subcontract CNC Cutting and routing service from customers own stock or from bought in material. Components can be cut precisely from MDF, MFC, Plywood, Foamex and Laminates. We work with maximum sheet sizes. We accept all forms of drawings and sketches and also CAD files using the most common software programs. CNC routing is the ideal process for manufacturing flat panel-type components where a simple or complex profile is required. CNC routing is also the first step in the manufacturing process of other fabrications. Virtually any rigid plastic, non-ferrous metal or wood can be machined using this technology.
